Planes, Trains and Automobiles

On Thursday night, Scott took off on a PLANE to Vegas for the weekend, followed by a week in Minneapolis for work. So, on Friday Landon, Hunter and I hopped on an Amtrak TRAIN to Louisiana to visit Grandma. Grandma and Dale picked us up from the train station in Grandma's AUTOMOBILE.
The train was really nice. I got us a sleeper compartment so we'd have plenty of room for playing, napping, and moving around. Plus, it had its own potty which made things much easier for this mommy traveling alone with two kiddos. We had a great adventure. Landon was so excited the night before we left that he could hardly fall asleep. He kept saying, "Going on train to Grandma's house tomorrow!" And, he wore his Batman costume on the train. So, he was also saying, "Wear Batman costume on the train to Grandma's house tomorrow!!!" He was so cute. He loved the train ride, especially when the train was going FAST!
